Need to remove your account from our app? Simply fill out the form on our webpage, and we’ll process your request promptly. Your data and account will be permanently deleted in compliance with privacy policies.

Step 1: Fill out the necessary fields below, including your account email and a request for deletion.
Step 2: Click “Submit.” You will receive an email confirmation once your request is processed.
Delete Your Account
Data Deletion and Retention Policy
When you request the deletion of your account, we permanently delete the following types of data from our systems:
- Personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
- Usage history (e.g., app interactions, preferences)
- Saved settings and preferences
However, certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons:
- Anonymized usage data, which cannot be traced back to your identity, may be retained for analytical purposes.
After you submit a deletion request, the account will be disabled immediately, and the deletion process will begin. Full deletion will occur within 5-7 business days. Should you change your mind within this period, contact our support team to halt the deletion process at info@frendy.ca
